Terms of Service
Last updated: April 14, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Yes Hello Reception (the "Service"), operated by Practicis Strategies ("we", "us"). By signing up for, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Service
Yes Hello Reception provides an AI-powered voice receptionist that answers incoming phone calls on behalf of business clients. The Service transcribes calls, generates text responses using a large language model, synthesises voice responses, and optionally delivers post-call summaries via text message or email. Call audio is not recorded or retained.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business you represent. You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in email and for all activity under your account.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information about your business (name, hours, services, FAQs, transfer contacts).
- Obtain any consent required by applicable law from your own callers regarding AI processing of their calls, recording of transcripts, and onward delivery of summaries.
- Comply with all applicable telecommunications, privacy, and consumer-protection laws in the jurisdictions where your business operates, including but not limited to A2P messaging rules for SMS communications.
- Not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or misleading purposes.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are quoted on a per-client basis and may include a monthly subscription and/or per-minute usage charges, along with third-party pass-through costs (telephony, SMS, email). Invoices are issued monthly and are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Overdue invoices may result in service suspension.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in connection with emergency services or any situation requiring immediate human response.
- Resell, white-label, or sub-license the Service without our written consent.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or interfere with the Service.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or generate excessive load intended to disrupt the Service.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including our software, templates, and brand. You retain ownership of your business data and content submitted to the Service, and grant us a limited licence to use it solely to provide, support, and improve the Service.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers including Twilio, Anthropic, Deepgram or Cartesia, Resend, Neon, Vercel, and Railway. Their own terms and availability apply to the portions of the Service they provide. We are not responsible for disruptions, changes, or discontinuations on their end.
9. AI-generated content
Responses generated by the AI receptionist are produced by large language models and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You acknowledge this limitation and agree to review call summaries and transcripts before acting on them for business-critical decisions.
10. Service levels and availability
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
11. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid to us in that period. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, liability, damage, or expense arising out of your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or of applicable law, including your collection of caller information and your compliance with consent requirements.
14. Termination
You may cancel at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms or non-payment, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the dashboard ends; we retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec.
16. Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
